French language pack 1.3.8 availability

I have installed the French language pack a couple of months ago and everything is working fine EXCEPT:

- i dont have the icon for "FREE". I have a red X
- i dont have the icon for "View" in the checkout/invoice. I also have a red X.

I cannot FIND those images in the pack. Where could i find them?

Does anyone have English instructions for installing this language pack? Despite me being in Montreal, I think I'm not understanding all of the txt and website instructions, which are all French. (I uploaded the files, set the language in Admin/Localization/Languages, but still do not see anything different.)

I long ago put "Francais" (created via EZ Pages) on the header bar under the top logo and would like that to link to the French version.

I realized the original issue was me having turned off the language selectors in Admin/Layout Boxes Controller and then I realized the French wouldn't work properly simply linking it from "Francais" in the nav header. So I found the below module and now everything seems fine, though I'm still unsure about what to do with the mysql_zencart.sql file.
