Is anyone else experiencing this issue on the PayPal sandbox when using Direct Pay? I've been having the issue since yesterday, but suspect it may be a network issue on my test box (it takes 80 seconds to error out). I don't want to spend any more time troubleshooting it if the PayPal sandbox is actually down!
Express Checkout works fine. I haven't tried IPN because I'm too lazy to configure it...
