I would like to be able to send an email to a customer say, 5 days after they place their order so that I can ask them what they thought and if they might take 1 min to send back their thoughts about the order, the product etc.
Could be a good way to get testimonials and to make the site a bit more personal to the users.
Anywho, if there is anything or anyway to do this it would be great to know :)

You'd have to write custom logic and have access to a scheduler like cron to do this, but you could certainly do it.
