Not getting my extra email with CC

Hi,

I am very concerned, because I am not getting my [EXTRA CC Order Info] in my mailbox.

I administer the site for someone and need it sent to me as well, I have lost 50 orders and need some help.

Hi all,

Has anyone had this issue with periodic miising CC emails.

Will 1.3.8 fix this.

it is recommended to upgrade to 1.38 but not sure if that will fix your problem .

all emails are send out from zencart , gets processed on your host email server, have you talk to them to see if their system working correctly ?

since you said periodic , so you do get most of the mails but not all . i look at my host first ..
