Upgrade to 1.3.8 - Stuck checking out

I upgraded to 1.3.8 from 1.3.7 which was fully functioning prior to the upgrade:

I am testing the checkout procedure. I uninstalled and reinstalled the PayPal modules as per the instructions.

I get to choose my shipping and then I get stuck at the payment:

Unfortunately, the URL you provided goes to a Timed out page.

No matter. Usually when using PayPal and the checkout page hangs it is due to improper setup of the PayPal mod. You will need to reconfirm your PayPal settings to make sure they are correct.

I've done this - I made no changes to the settings I've been using forever.

Also, I tried turning off PayPal to see if that's where the trouble lies and it doesn't appear to be.

I only have the following payment modules turned on:

Offline CC
Money Order

You may want to add some instructions for using the shopping cart here. (defined in includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php)


I just created a new account and was able to go through the checkout to the confirmation. Try clearing your cookies and browser cache.

Thanks Kim! I was just coming back to post - I found out that the Quantity Discount module was the issue.
