EXCELLENT Job on 1.3.8

Either I got my new domain on a fresh server at GoDaddy (I doubt It) or 1.3.8 has some dramatic performance increase. I did a fresh install on a new domain and it is 3 to 4 times faster (both catalog and admin) than my best site on GoDaddy.

Certainly I have not loaded it up with mods yet, nor are there thousands of items in the db, but first impressions are incredible.
