Default Shipping question: fixed price, surcharge & multiple methods

    Hi all,

I am boggled as to how to do this for my client. She has fixed shipping prices for each product (books and cds) but 3 different shipping methods (ground, 2day, 1day). Then she has a surcharge for AK, HI, and PR.

How can this be accomplished? Here is the info she gave me for reference: Thanks for looking!

    Standard Shipping
    3 to 5 business days
    Books $3.99
    CDs and DVDs $1.99

    Two-Day Shipping
    2 business days
    Books
    $9.99
    CDs and DVDs
    $4.99
Add $10 for two-day shipments to to AK, HI, and PR.

    One-Day Shipping
    1 business day
    Books
    $12.99
    CDs and DVDs
    $6.99
Add $15 for one-day shipments to AK, HI, and PR.

Maybe I need to reformulate my question,

My client has fixed shipping prices for each product (books and cds) but 3 different shipping methods (ground, 2day, 1day). Then she has a surcharge for AK, HI, and PR.

    1) Do i add the surcharge with the Zone Shipping Module? That seems easy.
    2) How do I configure the flat rate with different methods? Would I use FedEx or UPS? I am at a loss!

Here is the info she gave me for reference:

    Standard Shipping
    3 to 5 business days
    Books $3.99
    CDs and DVDs $1.99

    Two-Day Shipping
    2 business days
    Books $9.99
    CDs and DVDs $4.99
Add $10 for two-day shipments to to AK, HI, and PR.

    One-Day Shipping
    1 business day
    Books $12.99
    CDs and DVDs $6.99
Add $15 for one-day shipments to AK, HI, and PR.

I had something like that, the client wanted to charge shipping based on how much the order came to, but they wanted to offer express shipping also. I just cloned the Table shipping module and set up the two table rates.

Not too difficult, look here for help:
