How can I put back the countries I deleted from the database?

Hi,

My site was originally set up with flat rate shipping in the US. My designer took the list of countries off the shopping cart. Now I want international orders and the only way to add the countries back is to manually do it one at a time. It was a simple matter to take them off so I think there must be an easy way to add them back. Has anyone dealt with this or does anyone have a suggestion?

If you look in phpMyAdmin at your database ...

How many records are in the tables for:
countries
geo_zones
zones
zones_to_geo_zones
