I just tried a test payment at my store:
http://menwithoutpantsmusic.com/store
It's transferred to my PayPal, yet shows no shipping address and no orders have come up in my admin.
To the user, they have paid and their shopping cart emptied.
Why?
Also, where would I find the purchase history?

Your server is unable to receive notifications from PayPal's server to confirm payment ... thus the orders are sitting "in limbo".
