I've been digging with no success. Is there a way to display the quantity discount on the initial shopping cart page?

Must have misunderstood, unless i'm mis understanding you. I'm not trying to change the price of an item based on attributes.
I'm running quantity discount mod. I just want the discount to be displayed on the shopping cart page.
