Can free shipping override other shipping options?

My store offers free shipping for all order over $250. As it's set up now, upon checkout if a customer's order is greater than $250 they are given the option to choose free shipping or to pay for shipping. When an order qualifies for free shipping I want to hide the other paid options.

How do I do this?

You would instead of using the Free Shipping Options freeoptions want to go to Modules ... Order Total ... and click on Shipping and set the Enable Free Shipping to ON and set the amount to 250.00 ...

Now, only Free Shipping will show ...
