How to identify this "visitor"? Something odd in Whos Online

I see this in my 'who's online' listing and wondering what it means. There are several from the same IP and showing my site as the host. Never seen this before:

I have quite similar issue when I see a sudden increase to the people visiting my site. When I go to Admin Who's Online, the same IP repetitively displayed. I wonder if its a crawler or spam or hack attempts.

May I suggest that you all check other posts first? This issue has been asked and answered over and over. (check the security room)
