Shipping Costs Problems to Europe

I have had my cart live for a few weeks now and managed to iron out most of the problems.

My shipping is set by table rate for weight and works fine for both GB and Countries outside of Europe, but for some reason when customers from ireland go and put things in their cart they estimated shipping costs are around 7,000 euros for 2kg.

My rates are correct to the weight but I dont know what else can be wrong when the other 2 rates work perfectly well..

I didnt program the zone rates could it be this???

Need someones help urgently as I am losing valuable sales

Its actually a zone rate that the techy guy put on for me

This is what it shows, it works perfectly on uk and outside europe as i have had customers
