Checkout Error code 10413....

Setting the display prices without tax in your shop... I haven't been able to get paypal working and displaying the prices in my shop with tax (which I really want to)... so any help will be appreciated.

Anybody found a solution yet. It really hurts your online business when you cant use PayPal any help would be greatly appreciated

Our website started to experience the problem around February 14th as well. It was working before that. Could this something on Paypal's end that they changed? It seems like enough people had it working before and then this problem started.

Hello,

I am also experiencing this error, and it is intermittent, and does not happen with each order.

Code:

10413  Transaction refused because of an invalid argument.  See additional error messages for details. - The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.

There is only one product in the cart, with 4 attributes. The products are priced by attributes.

- I am using a fresh install of V1.3.8
- PHP Version: 5.2.5 (Zend: 2.2.0)
- it's hosted on a Linux server
- hosting company: enetica.com.au
- tax class: gst
- tax rate 10%
- Zone: Australia

Any ideas?

I have tried testing it, with different variations of this order, and cannot replicate this error.

I changed my Basis of product tax to Store and Basis of shipping tax to store in configuration - my store and it now works fine.

i am trying to test paypal express checkout on a sandbox mode and i got this message everytime i checkout with my zencart page.

why is this happening?
