Luke, what version of Zen Cart?
How are your taxes configured? (rates, tax-included vs not, basis of tax, etc)
And, yes, the emails would help. Although it'd be easier to zip up the log files from your server than to copy and paste several emails.

Firstly it was working fine until I upgraded to 1.3.8a I didnt change the tax setup. however it is set to 10% on goods within Australia and 0 for the rest of the world. I will attach the log file for you as well.

One of our clients is having the same problem and that setting is switched to false.

It has been working fine for weeks now, until today. I get the 10413 error again and haven't changed anyhting over the last few weeks.
