Error using sandbox

Hi, I have an error when I try to leave the checkout in sandbox mode:

"We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account authentication settings are not yet set up, or the API security information is incorrect. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002) 10002 Security error - Security header is not valid"

I have pasted the API details direct from the paypal 'view API signature' page (several times) so mis-spelling should not be an issue.

Sandbox is selected in both Express Checkout and WPP in payment zencart modules.

I'm using Website Payments Pro UK, Zencart 1.3.8a

Any help appreciated.

Can you verify that CURL is installed on your hosting account? I'm not sure this is the problem, but it's the first thing that came to mind.

Did you copy API details from the PayPal "sandbox" site, or from your live account?
You can't use "sandbox mode" with "live API credentials".
Why not just use "live" mode, with your real credentials? And refund your test transactions.
