I've tried to fix this all day and can't seem to; I'm sure it's something easy that I'm missing.

I am playing with the new version of ZenCart on a folder within my main site which isn't live yet. I currently have this so far on my new main page:

I know it has other problems, but those I know how to fix. What I want the header bar to look like is on the original site:
http://209.85.34.159/index.php

I've checked the tpl_header.php files for both pages and they are identical. I've played around with the css and can't get it right. Mainly I want the links to be displayed horizontally and for the bar to only display once. Any pointers would be appreciated.
