Tracking Customers

Sorry if this is in the wrong place!

I searched the forums for this, and found a thread that said they could see a customers progress. I was wondering about this because I am getting a lot more customers to sign up, but are not completing a purchase. Can I find out if they had items in their cart? Can I find out what page they left from? I am just trying to convert more into sales.

It seems to me that if they took the time to register, they were looking to buy something, and maybe had a problem.

Any help will be appreciated.

There are two mods that may be of use to you. "Google Analytics" and "User Tracking". Both can be found in the downloads section and if you search the forum for these phrases, you'll find discussion about them.
