Packing Slip

Newbie to the group, but I'm really impress with the level and speed of users helping users.

We just upgraded to Zen cart, from our home grown version and it looks great.
I need some help on why and I getting the following text when I print a "packing slip".

"Certificate Amount: $10.00"

None was ordered. Any help would be appreciate.

Check your settings in the Admin> Configuration> GV Coupons

I checked "all" the settings and nothing appeared out of place:

Title Value Action
Default Order Status For Zero Balance Orders Processing [2]
Length of the redeem code 10
New Signup Discount Coupon ID# 1
New Signup Gift Voucher Amount
Maximum Discount Coupons Per Page 10
Maximum Discount Coupon Report Results Per Page 10

Currently we are offering a discount for "new" signups.

I've got a manual on the way... If you see something up with the settings, please let me know..

Found the problem....


Had a gift certificate attached as an attribute to one of the products...
