Simple XAMPP Backup Question

This is to clarify an important point about backing up files which is mentioned frequently in all the manuals/

Just exactly what files should I back up?

Can I simply copy c:/dev/Xampp and place Xampp in the root directory of my computer or onto another computer?

I understand how to backup my database through SQL

Is there any other files that need to be backed up besides my database and Xampp?

I am surprised that I have not seen any posts on this subject considering everyone using Zen Cart probably does back ups of this products.

1. Did I leave something out in my origianal question?
2. Was the answer so obvious that it didn't require a reply?

I don't want to take the next step until I do a backup correctly.

Appreciate some help on the subject. Perhaps it would help othr viewers also.

You can if you want too.
But if you want to back up only your store files then you need to back up the htdocs folder unless your using a sub folder.
c:/dev/Xampp/htdocs or c:/dev/Xampp/htdocs/store
