    Default Checkout taking me to incorrect paypal page ?

    Hi all,

    I am new and just upgrade to 1.3.8 today and found problem as below:
    after everything works and complete order on step 3, after I click on submit order and supposedly taking me to paypal web site. But I got direct to a paypal web page looks like outdate... see attached.

    Anyone can help out and tell me what's wrong ?
