The store name has an '&' in it and I forgot to escape that (&) initially. Now that I have corrected it, it seems to be OK everywhere but the footer. I get a validation error on it:
"...c316c3a3" target="_blank">X & Y Services</a>. Powered by <a href..."
How to fix that?

Edited to remove my crap reply. I didn't read your post properly. Now I'm making mistakes it's time for me to stop working.
We're now settled in at our final home - http://www.swiftbooks.co.uk - where you'll find an eclectic collection of used books. Still a lot of work to do, though!
