That probably comes from the Order Steps mod, and indicates that you've missed uploading one of the supplied files.

Hi sorry for posting here but i cant start new threads as i am on my mobile. Anyway. I want to be able to create a simple form and send its contents to my database. Can anyone help? I tried to copy the create account method but when i click submit it doesnt do anything. There are too many files to copy and edit anyway. Cheers
