AIM transaction won't go through merchant account

I am using version Zen Cart 1.3.7 Database Patch Level: 1.3.7. I have installed the authorizenet_aim module and put in the transaction key and Transaction module given from the merchant account, entered it into production mode and the transaction hasn't gone through the merchant account. It shows processing and not completed. What could I do to fix this to make sure the order goes to my merchant account and to my bank?
I have the item below as my aim setup. What could be wrong? Help need to complete processing. I am using JSWEB as my we hosting server. Have to have JSWEB add any lines or programs and they charge.
