Suddenly my paypal orders aren't showing up

My site has now been up all month and working great. Now all of a suden anyone who pays with paypal, I get a message from PAYPAL that I received a payment, but I do not get anything from my website about the order (what items were purchased) and neither do my customers. Everything works fine when the credit card option is chosen, only PAYPAL is effected... Any ideas???

This is a paypal IPN issue.
Its been happening off and on since they did their big upgrade.
Its on their end not yours.

I usually issue a Gift Certificate to the customers affected.

If you store is like mine it will only happen one or two orders a month or so.

Good to hear it is on thier end. I hope they will fix it. It has happened to two orders in a row that used paypal. Luckly most use visa mc payment option.

When I talked to them back when it first started happening I gave them full access to my site so they could do some tests... so they do KNOW whats happening. Apparently it isnt all the way fixed though. LOL...

PP ate 2 of my orders this morning but let about 20 go on thru. So its really random.
