removing stock levels

Hi all,

Setting up an online shop for a local picture frame company, it will be used to sell to the trade and not to the public.

I have started setting up the products:

Frames
Mirrors
Art
Misc

Inside each one I add the frame name, then inside that the sizes and price:

ie

Mirrors > 2" Pine frames > 2" Pine 10 x 8, 2" Pine 14x 11 & 2" Pine 20 x 16.

All working ok so far, however they will not want to use zencart to monitor stock levels as they produce the stock once they receive the order. On the web page I go into products and check the 2" pine only to see a 'Sold Out' picture next to it.

Can you turn off the stock control side of the software and stop it showing the stock levels on the website?
