Upgraded just fine and got into Admin with no problem. In Admin I can see the catalog and the categories/products are there but when I go to the site I just get a blank page.
No errors
No source code at all
Not a live site so no panic....yet.
Thanks for any clues or solution!

Jeez,
2nd post where right after the post I find the error.
Simple missing slash in config. I keep forgetting that I'm in a test folder.
Guess I should talk to myself more, thanks for looking anyway!

Hope one of you catches this and passes it along. Didn't want to start another thread.
Lots of prep time since it was my first full upgrade(s) but after just a few bobbles on the test site the upgrade was painless. 2nd site done in less than 30 minutes!
Obviously the next one should go much faster.
Anyway, I'm not on over religious guy but thank God for the team! I can't tell you guys how much you've helped me out over the last few years by not only having the support at my fingertips but for the package itself. Awesome work!
Ok, I'm gushing now, 'nuff said!

Yeah, I learned early on to put my "solution" no matter how mundane and make my threads say what's going on rather than "help" or something like that. Wish everyone did.

Can you please explain what you did to get your blank page to go away.
I have created a new install of 1.38 , and can access the admin area, however when I go to the catelog, and click on a category, it brings up a blank page. There is no source code what so ever.

In my case it turned out to be a simple matter of a slash for one of my file locations in the configure file (either missing or not needed, can't remember)
That would be the first place I would look just to make sure all the catalog locations are correct given that you can get into Admin.
Advice from a novice but can't get blood from a stone!
File is here by the way:
/admin/includes/configure.php
Obvious maybe but I know when I started with no knowledge at all I always liked the quick pointer to the file.

xmann888 ... when you made your new template and overrides ... did you go into the Admin and set the Tools ... Layout Boxes Controller ... and set them for that new template?
