UPS AND USPS Module Problems

Greetings! Out of nowhere I now suddenly have the USPS and UPS Modules on check out giving me this:

United States Postal Service
We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)

and UPS

United Parcel Service
We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

both at the same time? I called the USPS Tech support and they said everything is fine on their end. I made NO changes to the shipping at ALL what could this be from? ANY help would be appreciated!

I would suggest asking your Host if they changed anythng and I would also NOT bump posts,

its customary to wait more than 9 minutes before getting antsy about no one answering

how could my host company and this be connected? And I apologize but I do not post very often so I guess i don't know proper posting protocol. I just really need this resolved because right now this site is my only source of income and i have a kid i am supporting.

Well If your host changed something on the server, like updated php,
maybe the servers themselves are down ( od for usps and ups at same time )

Once again contact your host and see if they changed anything

It is always a good idea to have an alternate shipping method available for times when UPS and USPS act up. (preferably something not connected to a live server, i.e. table rate or zones or per weight unit)

Well I called USPS like i said and they said everything was ok on their end. I just talked to my Hosting company and they said everything was OK and no changes had been made either.
The only thing i did to modify anything today for the site was implement Google Conversation tracking into my checkout success file, but that shouldn't conflict or cause this problem should it?

I'm still trying to figure out all the shipping options -- I have activated UPS and am in the process of activating USPS. I thought also using zones or table rates would muddy the shipping waters. Wouldn't a person see all the UPS choices (and USPS) and my zone or table choices?

What version of Zen Cart?
Have you tried enabling the "debug" mode in your Zen Cart USPS or UPS module settings (if there is one)?
If you did, can you post the emailed transmission details that it sent you?

In your Admin->Configuration->Shipping/Packaging, what do you have set for a Postal Code? It needs your zip code there in order to guestimate where you're shipping from.
