Got a PayPal Payment but no order in Zen Cart

My site has been running with the upgrade to 1.38a since December. I've gotten orders with Pay Pal payments and everything as fine. Today I got a pay pal notification, but no order in the admin, nor did I get an email confirmation. Customer didn't get an email confirmation either, other than a receipt from Pay Pal. Pay Pal has a zen id on the transaction, so I know it came from the site.

This is (AFAIK) caused by a communication failure between PP and the site. There is a rather slick utillity for finding and fixing (making it visible in ZC) this so you don't have to call the customer and ask what they bought.

If no one posts a link to it in the next few min I'll dig it up and post it.

Thanks so much for the link! it worked!!!
I had already contacted the customer, but she ordered downloadable designs and a video of one of my designs, so she got it immediately, so I don't look like a total smuck :)

I DLd the one from Shoetick and installed it but it won't work on version 1.3.7 for me..gives this error message;

Catchable fatal error: Object of class shoppingCart could not be converted to string in shop/admin/view_stuck_paypal_orders.php on line 88

it does have the order that got stuck;

but when I click on the "Move to Orders Database" button it gives a 404 file not found error message and of course doesn't move it.
