Is there something I can read on how order work flow works? I'm new to ZenCart but coming from a osCommerce install that was done for us.

We sell a handful of items. Some of them are simple "membership" packets that are fulfilled by one set of people at one email address, the majority are fulfilled by a company out of state via email, and some other items would require an email going to another person.

If an order comes in and the only accepted payment method is something like a credit card via authorize.net or the other processors like google or paypal, and the paid status is determined immediately, can the request to fulfill that order be automatically dispatched to a fulfiller via email?

Can we set it up in such a way that specific products are fulfilled by different suppliers or manufacturers, and only the responsible person gets the email?

Does this require a mod to achieve the functionality? How does it normally work?

I can't seem to find anything that explains the process of order fulfillment.
