Countries have zones could not register account

, my site is kscrossstitch dot com, a very werid problem, the customers from the countries which have the zones set such as USA,Canada,German,and so on.

And at the login page, don't have the zone selection.

I have replaced all the template files under my template with the 1.3.8a default template files, but no lucky...

I looked and am US based - If by "zone" you mean either postal code or the country drop down then I see both

I think I have found the problem, it is beacause of the SEO Urls and SSL.
Now, everything goes well, I have set the "Enter pages to allow rewrite" as follow:
index, product_info, products_new, products_all, featured_products, specials, contact_us, conditions, privacy, reviews, shippinginfo, faqs_all, site_map, gv_faq, discount_coupon, page, page_2, page_3, page_4,news_article,testimonials_manager_all_testimonials,testimonials_add,faqs_ knowledge_base
