    Default MD5 Hash

I set the hash option in ZC and my gateway but get the hash mismatch error.I think someone said the hash is limited to 20 characters but most MD5 hashes are 32 characters?
I set the numbers exact (a copy and paste) in both places and changed it thrice to see if it was a number error,it isnt unless there is a character limit.Maybe it is a communication error?Dont knbow also saw that as a possibility but havent seen definitives on how to fix it.

Did you hash the word/phrase first? You don't need to do that.

All you need to do is simply choose a word/phrase.
Type that same word/phrase into your Authorize.net settings in your Zen Cart module *AND* in your Authorize.net account security settings.

    It's that simple.

No need for complicated MD5 mathematics.

It's called "MD5 Hash" in Zen Cart because that's how it's worded in your Authorize.net account settings.
