Duplicate images in new products sidebox

Hi,

I am working on a custom template in the French language. I have added one or two products but, as my public is French, I have ignored the English-language sections of the the site's admin when setting up the products (I might create a bilingual site later but its too time-consuming for now). So, the site is only available in French, the language sidebox is hidden. Where I have a problem is that in the new products sidebox, the image relating to the English-language version of the product is showing up so I have two identical images, one with a titel (the title I have given the product in French) and one without (bacause I haven't filled anything in in the English language sections of the product in admin).

How can I get rid of this second image ?
