    red flag Nothing comes through when payment made

    Hi,
    I've just run a test and purchased a 1ero item from our zen cart. We only use paypal express checkout. Everything went smooth as, paying by visa.

    But when i look in the receiving paypal account, there's no deposit. I got no errors from paypal processing this - any ideas why this is happening?

    I've checked all the paypal attributes, my api signature, but everything seem fine.
    So where's the money!

    Please - anything at this stage would be helpful.

    - What payment modules are enabled in Admin->Modules->Payment?
    - What version of Zen Cart are you using?
    - When you look at the order in your Zen Cart admin, what module does it say was used to pay for the order?
    - On what page did you enter your credit card number? Was it on your own site or on a PayPal site?
    - Did you try turning on PayPal Debug Logging? It will generate several logs which might help determine what did and didn't happen.

    Paypal express checkout (debug), green
    Credit Card, Zen Charge Card, orange.
    Rest are red.

    1.3.7.1

    yes, done that, but nothing stands out, there are no errors i can see.

    There were a number of improvements made to the PayPal code for v1.3.8. It would be worth upgrading to ensure that the known bugfixes are applied to your site.

    Additionally, if the order shows that the payment method was "Credit Card" instead of "PayPal", then the payment never went through PayPal.
    It would be wise to click "Remove" on the "Credit Card" module in Admin->Modules->Payment so that you don't accidentally pay with that instead.
