I am using the Invoice payment module, which is working well except for the fact that when an order is completed, confirmation is not sent to the customer or store admin. The confirmations are properly sent when using the Authorize.net payment method, so it would appear that the issue is with the Invoice payment module specifically. Has anyone else who is using it encountered this issue, and if so, do you know of a way to correct it? I am using the 1.3.7 version (latest) on a 1.3.8a site, but I didn't see anything that would cause this issue.
