Text showing up invisible

When I enable page links to be shown at the footer, they are showing up as white text. You can only see it if you move your mouse over it.

1: It only makes sense to have color text so people can actually see it.
2: It is illegal to do that and I don't want to get banned from the search engines.

I have no idea why it is showing this way. How do I change the color from white to...anything?

Also sometimes when I do enable the footer link, it doesn't show up (I have to move my mouse around but I still don't see it). This is another reason why I need color text for my footer links. They just might be there but I am not moving my mouse in the right area.

You probably need to change something in your stylesheet. As Kim suggested, the url to your site would help.
