No templates work for me help - problems when using FireFTP

Ok no matter what templates i install they dont work for me, i have the latest version of Zen-Cart and have installed templates Flowers and RedPassion to www.dacapotees.com/index.php, but the images never show, i have tried both of them
i take and extract them to my desktop then install them to includes/templates just like they say, then i go to admin > tools and activate them, and then go to the layout boxes and reset those, and still no luck when you click view background image ect, it takes you to a blank page or on flowers theme it just a page with the file path written. does anyone know whats going on?

I'm using my ftp. ive have no problems just uploading an image or something its just the images in that directory that seem to be the issue. or something in the code.

It seems your images are uploaded wrong.
Did you upload your images using Binary mode? Or did they transfer using Ascii mode by mistake? Most FTP programs will correctly auto-select binary for images, but if you've overridden that, you'll end up with busted images.

For example, it's the image file itself that is bad on your server:

let me upload the header image via file manager and try it that way

there is a folder called default template is there anything in there i need to be doing?

nevermind thanks everyone please delte this thread as it is a waste, i uploaded via file manager and it worked im gonna have to dl smartFTP or fix something in fireFTP its so convienent though if you don't know what it is its a firefox ftp add on

FileZilla is a proven reliable free FTP program.

This thread is not a waste as you've brought to a light a problem/bug with FireFTP. I don't use it myself but have to wonder if it has settings for 'auto' upload; meaning files are automatically uploaded in their correct format, images are Binary and PHP file are ASCII.
