PayPal status: Pending multi_currency
Website is set up for virtual download. A client made her payment using PayPal and PayPal sends me an email stating that the payment has been made but does not inform me that it is pending my approval. The client is upset because she can't get to her download. I log on to PayPal and accept the charge. At this point there is no further transaction sent back to my shopping cart. And the download process does not work with a "pending payment."
This appears to be a PayPal problem.
How do I manually reset the pending process in the event that I have other buyers that purchase from other countries through PayPal?
