Hi
I have products on my site that have are 'virtual' in that they can't be delivered only picked up from my cafe. As such when a Mocha is ordered it skips shipping and goes to payment.
On the confirmation email though I am getting the following:
Shipping Method : F
nothing else just F?
can't seem to think where it might be!

Have you perhaps turned off the ot_shipping module in Admin->modules->order total by mistake?
And, which shipping module are you using?.

I have the following order mods running:
Coupon, Group Pricing, SubTotal, Tax and Total in that order
Using Regional Tables Mod and Store Pickup (COD with the Virtual product check turned off otherwise it doesn't show up)
I don't offer Free Shipping on 90% of the store - customers can ONLY come and PICK UP their coffee.alfo
