I thnk I am right but I just want to be sure.
I use Hostmysite Linux hosting. I am installing Zen-Cart for the first time. I currently have several MySQL databases with HostMySite that I Use to get customers catalogs. This instal is not going to interefere with these databases-Correct?

Zen Cart won't interfere with your existing databases.
Did you create a database for Zen Cart? You'll need it before you do the install. Make a note of the user ID and password you assign to the database. You'll need that information later.Mary Ellen

I have not created the Databases. I must have missed that step in the Setup. I was actually wondering when I would do that.

Do that step before running zc_install. Are you doing this install manually or using something like Fantastico?

I'm trying to upgrade from 1.37 to 1.3.9d but it states "Ready to Install? (This will wipe any existing data. You are NOT in Upgrade mode!!!)" What do I need to do specifically to get this to allow an upgrade?
