To solve the problem one would need access to the files. This means either yourself fixing the problem or hiring someone to do so. You can always place an Ad in the Commercial Section of the Forum.

I dont think the problem is on my template, this is also happen with the original template_default one. The problem is not in ersion v 1.37, only in 1.38
Other people have reported the same problem with hostmonster's shared SSL. Solution seems to be buy a dedicated SSL or change hosts.

I do not understand why you recommend the hoster for Zen Cart then.
Sorry, I didnt mean you. I meant the Zen Cart recommendation under http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...es&pages_id=10
If hostmonster are not giving you the level of support you need to fix an issue which appears to be hosting related then you should raise it with the Zen Cart Dev Team. Hopefully they will be able to help.
I might also be worthwhile setting up a clean Zen Cart 1.3.8a install in a separate directory and database and checking that the problem remains with a clean install.

Christian.
