Not able to login to admin in demo

I have read and read but I just can't seem to find the answer... I'm upgrading from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8 and I'm following the directions as closely as I can. I got the new version installed in the "demo" folder that the directions recommend. I got to the page where it allows you to goto store or admin. The store is there. The admin sign in screen comes up but when I enter the user name and PW, it just regenerates the sign in screen. There are no error messages etc.

The only issue that I had when installing the new version in the demo folder was that the two configure.php where not there. They weren't included in the zip file that I downloaded. I just copied the ones that I had installed in 1.3.7 and put them in the demo folder (in the appropriate places... of course). I've gone back and looked at them and they seem to be updated with the 1.3.8 information.

I'm sure that the configure files are the problem but I don't know what to do to fix them.

Any help would be appreciated!

Well, I don't know what fixed this issue. All I did was take a break and have dinner and I can login now? I'll just chalk it up to a "Monday thing" and move forward.
