Error in sending e-mail from Contact Us page

I am new to Web design and using Zen Cart. I have the book “e-Start Your Web Store with Zen Cart” It has helped me in the design of my web page Delsand.com.

I have the following problem when sending the email from the “Contact Us” page.


When in the “Contact Us” page and with the required fields entered, you click on the send button the following error is generated:

500 Error - Internal Server Error
This error was caused due to an unexpected difficulty in fulfilling the user request. The most likely cause of this error is a crashed or error'd CGI script or program. Please verify that the program is properly compiled and/or operational and carry out any necessary debugging.
If you are not responsible for this resource, please send a bug-report to the address listed below describing your problem. Please include in the report the date, time, your e-mail address, the website on which this error occured and what you were attempting to do when this error occurred. Your compliance is appreciated.

Action taken:
Check it out on different PC to assure that the error was not with the default mail program.

Checked to assure other emails were being generated correctly and they were, Order confirmation, Welcome, Order status changes, etc.

I deleted and replaced the file “tpl_contact_us_default.phpfile” in the zencart/includes/templates/thestore/template_default/templates with the original one from
/zencart/includes/templates/template_default/templates/

I am still getting the error has anyone else reported this problem? Do I need to contact ix web hosting?
Any direction on this would be welcome.

Problem solved, thanks to a link to other similar problems:

That was the problem I had a bad syntax for my drop down list:

I had
sales@doman.com, support@doman.com
It should have been blank or
Sales<sales@delsand.com>, Support<support@delsand.com>
I did not follow the correct syntax as was documented on the Set "Contact Us" Email Dropdown List

"On the "Contact Us" Page, set the list of email addresses , in this format: Name 1 <email@address1>, Name 2 <email@address2>":
