Confused about Meta tags & Titles

In the title bar on my browser, I'm seeing the product name and the meta tag title. I don't know if I screwed something up or if everyone's is like that but I don't think it needs both. Is there a way to fix this?

I also have brackets showing in my title bar for some reason. I'm not sure how to get rid of them.

You need to go to Admin and then click Catalog - Categories - then product

I suggest unticking all boxes except Title and Price

It looks more professional this way.

It can be tricky optimizing the meta tags but after some practice and using the above checker you can get it perfect.

Okay, I am really confused....

Can someone look at my site and then give me an idea of what i should put as

Meta Tag Title
Meta Tag Keywords
Meta Tag Description

for one of my pages. I am assuming we have to enter meta tags individually for each product?
