Default Security hash problem in test mode?

    Hi,

I've read through a number of threads in regards to the hash problem some are having with Authorize.net but all seem to be in 'live' mode.

I'm having this same problem but in 'test' mode. When confirming an order I get this error...

    Code:
WARNING: Security hash problem. Please contact store-owner immediately. Your order has *not* been fully authorized.
    AND...

    Code:
(TESTMODE) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive. - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct the information and try again or contact us for further assistance.
This is my third Zen Cart and all have used authorize.net and I've never had a problem. The first two were version 1.3.7

    www.lingerieissexy.com/catalog
    lunarpages hosting
    zen version 1.3.8a
    authorize.net (AIM) in test mode
hash value set to 'test' (also tried it blank)
    cURL proxy set to 'true'

Each time I've made a change I've cleared the cart reloaded the site and tried over only to get the same error each time. I also uninstalled and re-installed the payment module.

Another curious thing is that there is no dropdown menu to select which CC you want to use, just a field for the number?

    Here are the Authorize.net settings...

    Code:
    Enable Authorize.net (AIM) Module
    True

    Login ID
    testing

    Transaction Key
    ****

    MD5 Hash
    ****

    Transaction Mode
    Test

    Authorization Type
    Authorize

    Enable Database Storage
    True

    Customer Notifications
    False

    Merchant Notifications
    False

    Request CVV Number
    True

    Sort order of display.
    0

    Payment Zone
    --none--

    Set Completed Order Status
    default

    Set Refunded Order Status
    Pending [1]

    Debug Mode
    Log File
    Thanks for any help

I'm wondering if this is happening because the SSL hasn't been installed and configured yet?

    From the log file:
    Response Code: 3.
Response Text: The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
So ... your username or transaction key entered in your Zen Cart admin for the AIM settings ... is wrong (doesn't match what's in your authorize.net account configuration in your authorize.net merchant-settings area). Or your account isn't properly activated at authorize.net.
