I really need a little help guys: USA zone works fine but UK is giving me a problem

I ship worldwide, USA zone works fine but UK is giving me a problem.

In the 'Shipping Module' - I've added 'GB' in zone one but when I test an order, I get this message
"The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time "

Why won't it recognise GB ? ...I've even tried GB,UK

I've set up UK in Modules and in Location > Zones.

I also added a county (Hertfordshire) and ensured both Hetrfordshire and United Kingdom are in the test address but at the checkout point I still get the message
"The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time".

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm having the same problem with Australia, and I have AU in the zone
I have had 2 orders come in where it says the shipping can't be determined at this time, and hope you get an answer, as it should pertain to my problem too.

What are the rate settings?

What is this set to: Weight, Price or Item count?

What is in the Cart?

I didn't get the help I needed from the forum but tweeked it until it worked!

What are your settings 'modules' and 'localization' and we'll try to work it out together.

I fiddled with the zone stuff yesterday, but nothing for Austrlia changed, and I also noticed the weight was off by quite a bit for the cancer hats we make on www.stylishnoggins.com.
This morning I adjusted the weight part, and to my delight see the shipping prices are now showing on test orders, so hopefully people outside the US will now get that too.
Perhaps the refresh took longer to work than I thought
But so far its look OK

I find that there is alot of knowledge here, but unless you're a programmer, getting simple answers can be frustrating.
