I'm using version 1.3.8. I just had an order get lost. The order was placed and was payed for via PayPal. The PayPal payment went through but no order was logged. I had no idea an order was placed until the customer emailed me asking if it had shipped. The customer did not receive an email that the order was confirmed but did receive an email that the paypal payment was made. Has anyone experienced this problem? Or, know what is happening and how I can fix it?
