Sending Newsletter in Batches?

Hello! I'm sorry if this has been addressed before. If it has, feel free to just link me up. ;)

Here's my problem: My hosting service upped my e-mail limit to 350 e-mails at one time. Within a week, I will have reached that limit and have more subscribers than I can e-mail! How can I work around this problem? Is there a plug-in or some trick I can use to send out my newsletter in waves?

One way is to use groupmail or phplist where it allows batching
