I'm getting an error when people checkout using Website Payments Pro (Payflow UK). They create an account on our store and checkout, but the shipping address in the order generated has a blank county field.

It shows with a blank line as shown above.
This may also be related to problems arising from people checking out with PayPal Express Checkout. It seems that a couple of people have tried to checkout with PEC and it has changed their Country field to United States instead of United Kingdom. Although this may be because we have the Payment Module set to create a Zen-Cart customer account for PEC customers. Perhaps this is unrelated, but thought it was worth mentioning here as well.
Any help would be much appreciated.
