Refer a friend page or Tell a friend about website, not product

I read somewhere that there is a built in refer a friend page. How do I enable that? If not, is it possible to change the tell a friend about product so that it becomes tell a friend about website instead? This website manage to do that. Thanks.

I have figured out how to make the page but how to I integrate the form into my zencart website by putting it in the center column... together with the sideboxes, header and footer? I thought of using EZ page but it won't work because it has some php code (the rest is just table html). Please advise.
